Having worked with a variety of agents, here is what sets Cynthia apart: She is resourceful, no nonsense, and isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves. It's easy to find an agent ready to make a transaction, but Cynthia truly operates with a client first mentality and IT SHOWS. There is no doubt that I will continue working with her in the future.

We had different issues that came up during the selling and purchasing process but Jenise helped us through it. Her experience and drive was able to get the job done and save the deals on both sides. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.

I first contacted Dawon in 2018 to help my mom downsize into a smaller home; after a couple of weeks, my mom decided to stay. Fast-forward to April 2019, I decided to sell my house and the first one that came to mind was Dawon (because of all the follow-up emails and phone calls we received). I contacted Dawon, met with her, and explained the need for her services in selling not only one, but three houses simultaneously. Dawon answered all of our questions, comforted us in our doubts, and strategically managed to get our homes on the market and sold within our timelines. She dealt with three different "demanding buyers" and their agents, she fought and negotiated for us when we wanted to throw in the towel. I honestly could not have chosen a better agent to represent us.
