We were referred to Erin by a friend -- and let me tell you, she was nothing short of fantastic. We had wonderful communication through out the entire process and any question we had received an answer. If you are looking for a real estate agent that is professional, personable and all around wonderful person, look no further. I cannot say enough nice things about Erin Nixon. Truly one of the best.

From the very first showing through closing day, Lauren consistently stayed several steps ahead of every milestone. She came armed with thorough research on the property, anticipated questions before they were even asked, and never let a single critical deadline slip by. When complicated inspection findings and tight due diligence timelines arose, her proactive approach and deep market knowledge kept everything moving forward without missing a beat. Her prompt communication, organized paperwork, and steady guidance transformed what could have been a stressful process into an efficient, seamless experience.

We were so happy to work with Lauren. She’s responsive, well organized, and made selling our house smooth and easy. She is wonderful, and we’d gladly work with her again!
