Kim is a 10 out of 10 when it comes to knowledge, communication, and professionalism. She will always be my first call when I need a realtor.

Kim was very helpful with the purchase of lot on the beach

I’m a single homebuyer and Kim handled the legwork without ever letting me feel like I was being taken advantage of, that I was so scared of! Kim stayed persistent on tuning in with what I wanted to be included with my next home and we found it without any hiccups at all! I work hard with a very tough schedule and she worked around it. I did not miss one day of work and also found the perfect home that met my kids and mines criteria. I thought I found a perfect home to begin with and I backed out last minute and i never heard nothing else about it, we moved onto the next!! Kim has very good relationships with many realtors and got my closing cost to zero dollars!! You can trust this woman with your future investments, she’s local and knows the area in and out. My family and I thank you… HIGHLY RECOMMEND …
