Amazing to work with!

Angie is so knowledgeable about the surrounding market and comps of homes which is extremely helpful to make sure you’re getting the best price! She is also very knowledgeable about the structure of homes and notices problem areas that need to be checked out by professionals. Her communication is great as any question I have she has always answered in a timely manner. As a first time homebuyer I was very nervous and knew very little about what it takes to buy a home. She was able to tell me what I needed to do, who I needed to talk to and when I needed to do it in order to close on the home quickly. She has been in the real estate business for a very long time and it shows, she knows what she’s talking about! 1000/10 recommend working with Angie!!

Demetria is so awesome!

Demetria thoroughly explained the home buying process and helped ease any anxiety about the whole confusing process. In doing so we were able to make an informed decision and are so happy with our outcome!

Working with Demetria was great!

Working with Demetria was great! She definitely helped make the home buying experience more intuitive and less stressful than I imagined it could be. Whenever I had a question, she had the answer or she knew where to find it. While I definitely wasn't sure of exactly the style of home I wanted, Deme was patient and worked with me to help find me place that myself and my loved ones are extremely proud of. Thank you! Demetria!

She is one of the best and hardest working agents in the Triangle

She is one of the best and hardest working agents in the Triangle. I bought my first investment property and found the process effortless. She was patient in explaining each step and even followed up once I got the unit fixed and ready to rent.
