Angie is so knowledgeable about the surrounding market and comps of homes which is extremely helpful to make sure you’re getting the best price! She is also very knowledgeable about the structure of homes and notices problem areas that need to be checked out by professionals. Her communication is great as any question I have she has always answered in a timely manner. As a first time homebuyer I was very nervous and knew very little about what it takes to buy a home. She was able to tell me what I needed to do, who I needed to talk to and when I needed to do it in order to close on the home quickly.
