I have worked with Lisa Coleman for almost ten years as I acquired a number of investment properties. Lisa is awesome! You could not do better than to have here working with you and for you. She knows the markets, knows the areas, is able to help with maintenance recommendations, and as we have begun to sell those properties we acquired years ago, she is just as knowledgeable and adept on the selling side as on the buying side. When I decide to re-enter the housing market, she will definitely be my first call.

Autumn was absolutely amazing to work with. From explaining her process to me, to finding all the right properties, to expertly guiding me through the negotiation process, she and her team were the best! Autumn knew all the Raleigh neighborhoods, had the inside track on nearby development and ultimately helped me to find my perfect new to me home. Even after the contract was signed and I moved in, they were willing to help me with issues that came up from the sellers. I highly recommend Autumn for your next home transaction!!
