He fed us new listings, arranged to meet us when we came to town several times to look at properties and went to several houses to face-time us the walk through. The house we bought, we bought on his recommendation and have been totally satisfied even though we didn't see it until after closing. He knew the closing process well and had recommendations for electricians, aborists, hvac service. And we enjoyed talking with him and brainstorming remodel ideas.
