Kent Thompson went above and beyond, providing us a great experience selling our house. He helped us settle on a strategy for the whole process. We needed some work done and he had someone who could knock out our whole "to do" list. Kent was picking up paint, bringing in the trash can, and was sweeping up after. We were blown away! When it came to lining up showings and keeping track of offers he was on top of everything. In the end we sold for far more then we were expecting, even in the current market. I recommend you work with Kent, and guarantee you will be happy with the decision!

As first time homebuyers my husband and I could not have asked for a better realtor. David seems to have endless energy and went to any and all of the properties I sent him in my 2am Zillow searches. He walked us through the entire process and had our best interest at heart, telling us if he thought a property was a good investment or advising us to stay away due to unfixable problems. The offer that was finally accepted was on a home David had sent us video of while we were on vacation. I absolutely trusted his opinion and I’m so glad we did. We had close to 9 offers rejected before one stuck and David’s patience and persistence is what made us stick it out in this crazy market. During the close process David was an invaluable resource for us. He walked us through the inspection and the appraisal and was able to negotiate the sellers to leave their washer dryer for us. If you want a realtor that goes above and beyond and that feels like family then David is the guy for you.

Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process. We always felt like she was in our corner, looking out for our best interests. When we got discouraged because we weren't finding exactly what we wanted and ready to settle, she made sure we stayed the course and held out for what we really wanted. Thank goodness she didn't let us settle because we found exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier!! Adrienne was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything. Being first time buyers we had tons of questions and concerns, but Adrienne was more then able to answer those questions and calm any concerns we had. I am very happy with the people she recommended during our closing, such as home and termite inspection, real estate lawyers, etc. We closed on time and had no issues. Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews of any kind. That said, I feel compelled to in this case because if anyone deserves a Five-Star recommendation, it’s Nancy Caggia. I came to our first meeting loaded with 1,000 Questions about the Raleigh-Durham area. Not only did Nancy answer every question in remarkable detail, she happily indulged another 1,000 or so follow-up questions I had for her in the ensuing weeks. To say, “She knows every neighborhood in Raleigh" would be a gross understatement. It would be more accurate to say that she knows every street... every house... every school... every shopping center… every park bench, light post, stop sign and bike trail… But that’s not all. I should also tell you that I was a terrible Client! My search parameters were awful and I got quite used to sending Nancy last-minute texts in the middle of the night. Most agents would’ve been irritated but Nancy responded quickly and accurately, each and every time. We covered more ground, faster and more efficiently than I would have with any other realtor. Don’t waste your time looking for answers here and there. (The Internet is the worst.) If you’re considering a move to Raleigh, just call Nancy Caggia. She has all the information you'll need to make the big decision. And she gives it to you straight.
