As first time homebuyers my husband and I could not have asked for a better realtor. David seems to have endless energy and went to any and all of the properties I sent him in my 2am Zillow searches. He walked us through the entire process and had our best interest at heart, telling us if he thought a property was a good investment or advising us to stay away due to unfixable problems. The offer that was finally accepted was on a home David had sent us video of while we were on vacation. I absolutely trusted his opinion and I’m so glad we did. We had close to 9 offers rejected before one stuck and David’s patience and persistence is what made us stick it out in this crazy market. During the close process David was an invaluable resource for us. He walked us through the inspection and the appraisal and was able to negotiate the sellers to leave their washer dryer for us. If you want a realtor that goes above and beyond and that feels like family then David is the guy for you.

Jade was a true professional in helping me sell my mother’s home. She went the extra mile in all aspects of the home selling process from researching costs and options for needed repairs to helping me navigate every detail of the transaction. I felt very confident putting the sale of my mother’s home in Jade’s hands as she is truly an expert in the field. She was also extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
