Excellent realtor and makes you feel at ease during the entire of buying and selling of properties. This is my second opportunity to work with her. She guides you through every aspect of the transactions. I would definitely use her again

We have worked with Ellen on several occasions. First was the sale of our home on Cornwallis Road. The task of preparing our house to sell seemed overwhelming at first, but Ellen was so amazing, not only walking us thru the process but physically jumping in and helping. She also helped us buy our new home. Last summer we called Ellen again to help us list and sell my in-laws house because they had passed away that summer. It was an estate sale so the entire process was exhausting, but again Ellen jumped in and helped in every way possible. The process of emptying the home during such an emotional time could have been a lot harder, but she not only helped us thru that process but assisted the bank/trustee in every way she could. We would recommend Ellen for any real estate work because she is so knowledgeable, but also is willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to make the process less stressful.
