One of my rental properties is in Chapel Hill. I've dealt with agents in multiple countries - some good, some not so good. Bill is certainly a very experienced pro who is a pleasure to deal with.

Despite it being a tough time to buy a house, Kevin and his team really helped as I bought my first home. They were knowledgeable and patient as they navigated me through a seemingly impossible time to buy a home in an area with a huge influx of people moving in from out of town.

Marshall helped me buy my first home in 2002 and he sold it for me 20 years later! I could have taken offers from corporate buyers but with Marshall’s guidance I brought in another 10-20% by listing on the market. Of course I had lots of questions and decisions to make but I knew that I could always trust Marshall’s advice!
