We didn’t know if we should even buy a house, or even if we had a right to dream about what we want because we were worried about our finances, she helped me get through with some difficult time in my personal life, encouraging me, she really gave me HOPE I just can’t say enough about Reni Holloway. I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. Reni Holloway was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. She asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t think of. Carlene walked us through our first house buying experience. She sat down with us beforehand and went through all the details and expenses we should anticipate - nothing was left uncovered and we therefore had no surprises in the end. We discussed what we wanted in a home and Carlene went to great lengths to find homes that met those details. She was careful to find ideal locations, and did her research so that we could have a good idea of what the area was like. She also keeps up to date on all real estate rules and regulations, and when we looked at each home she could give a good idea of the history based on appearance and other small details that can often be overlooked. When she didn't have an immediate answer, she went and found it within a couple hours. She always dealt professionally and has remained a great resource even now after all has been said and done. We recommend her to anyone who even hints they might need a realtor in the future, and we would certainly use her again if the opportunity presented itself.

Ezio is the most professional realtor I've EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. He was on top of all details daily, and notified me directly if I needed to do anything needed by loan processor, inspectors, etc. I was the buyer, and didn't have to pay any fee, but his company is unique in offering the the seller a lower rate for their services. I believe this helped because the seller was able to accept my office since their cost was lower. He is very friendly person, and really worked to help me purchase my home, going well beyond ANY OTHER agent ever would have, without being open and extremely honest.
