I met Michaela at a time when our church needed a place of worship urgently and after attempts to purchase a place of worship yielded no results due to the way some key players and seller handled the seller's plan and agreement to buy church property. Mikaela professionally took up the challenge to find a place of worship for us in a shortest possible time and not only that she was quick to attend to requests and was excellent in communicating the progress of things. She also went out of her way to make all documentation ready for closing. Mikaela's proactive approach was instrumental in making this transaction possible. She is dependable, trustworthy and professional in all her conduct. Mikaela is lovely to work with.

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Mikaela from EXIT Realty to help me sell my home. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process a positive and smooth experience, and the home sold quickly, which was a huge relief. Since I was not local for the sale, her proactive support and willingness to assist in so many ways were especially invaluable. Mikaela handled details I couldn’t be there for and ensured everything stayed on track. What really stood out was Mikaela’s genuine care for both sides of the transaction. She consistently looked for ways to improve the buyer’s experience as well, even suggesting thoughtful small but meaningful touches like having the grass cut right before closing so the buyer wouldn’t have extra worries when taking possession. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere dedication made what could have been a stressful situation feel reassuring and well-managed. I’m extremely grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend Mikaela at EXIT Realty to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

It was our first home buying experience, Mikaela is absolutely amazing. She was patient with us to explain a lot of terminologies that we were not familiar with since it was our first time buying a home. She was super helpful in helping us thinking through all the pros and cons of each home we visited and pointed out a lot of details of each home that we did not notice. She was very efficient as an agent as she was very quick to respond to our calls or messages even during off work and late night hours. She is very professional and super knowledgeable on the real estate business. She was never pushy, but encouraged us to take our time to look for the perfect home for our family. Finally, we appreciate her honesty the most. As a fellow believer in Chris, we can trust her professional and personal opinion because we know that she truly had our best interests in mind. 1000% we will recommend Mikaela to anyone that is looking for a real estate agent. In the end, not only did we had a great agent, found our perfect home, we also gain a good friend. Don't hesitate to reach out to Mikaela, it will be the best first decision you will make on your journey of finding the perfect property for your family.
