This was our second time working with Kit to find a home that could serve both as our primary residence and an investment property, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. We truly cannot recommend her highly enough. Our friends and family all know how much we value working with Kit — her insight, guidance, and advocacy make such a difference. She has a unique ability to make what can feel like an overwhelming process both manageable and even enjoyable. Thanks to her expertise, we found the perfect home to fit our needs. Kit is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always accessible. Whether by call or text, she was quick to respond to simple questions and thoughtful when we needed more in-depth guidance. We especially appreciate her deep understanding of the market and the various areas throughout Raleigh and Durham. Working with Kit is always a positive experience, and we are so grateful to have her on our side.

Kit was exceptional from start to finish. She has an unusually deep, practical knowledge of Raleigh and a rare ability to explain where value is flowing—and why. What stood out most is how structurally she approaches the city: helping us clearly understand where *not* to buy, which areas may be at the peak of value creation today, and how different neighborhoods are likely to evolve over the short, mid, and long term. That perspective was invaluable and gave us confidence in every decision. Just as important, Kit listened carefully to our goals and kept the process anchored to our objectives. She never forced a direction or pushed a deal; instead, she guided us with clarity, patience, and honest feedback. Throughout the search, negotiations, and closing, it truly felt like we were on the same team. Communication was consistent, thoughtful, and proactive, and she was always willing to dig in on details so we could make the best choice. We closed on an investment property and had equity on day one—exactly the outcome we were aiming for. It was a genuine pleasure to work with Kit, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Raleigh, especially if you value long-term insight and a trusted partner in the process.

I recently worked with Kit to purchase a short-term rental in Raleigh, and the experience was exceptional. As an investor, I truly appreciated how she prioritized the data; she spent extensive time analyzing the numbers to ensure the property was a sound investment. Beyond the purchase, her support was invaluable—she even helped me navigate the setup of my Airbnb after closing. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated agent in the Raleigh market, I highly recommend her. This is what I am planning to post in your review. feel free to modify this and reply, will post it
