With some properties to sell in Zebulon, I contacted the only company that I had dealt with previously in the area, Parish Realty. To my good fortune, they connected me with realtor Kevin Swiger. Kevin visited me at the properties and immediately went into action. Being from Virginia, Kevin filled me in on the differences in rules and an estimate of what I could expect my properties to sell for. Thankfully, he completely took over the process for me as I do not live locally. He recommended sales prices that were considerably higher than I had expected, to my great delight. He made all of the necessary contacts and did all of the legwork. Based on his realistic recommendations, we got contracts on both properties within a week and closed on them within the month. Kevin orchestrated both contract acceptances and closings remotely, as I remained in Virginia the entire time. I especially appreciated that he kept me up-to-date almost daily on what was happening among the various players. Kevin was always available to answer questions that I had or to aid me in filling out and reviewing the numerous forms. I can't thank Kevin enough for the time and effort that he spent on my behalf. He constantly demonstrated his knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm for his profession. The sales prices that Kevin estimated prior to listing the properties turned out to be nearly identical to the actual sales prices, so he is certainly knowledgeable of his market.
