Working with Heather and her team has been the best experience I have ever had with selling my home. I would highly recommend Larose Realty Group to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, whether you know exactly what you are looking for or are not. Heather is very responsive to any questions, and follows up on time with what you need. Very in-depth explanations on facts, and sound responses with reasoning if asked her opinion on the flow of the market. Her contractors used were reasonably priced and worked with us in timeframe and payment methods. Heather was quick to hold sub standard work accountable to the workers too. From start to finish with ups and downs in the market and timeline I had hoped for, it was never something I had to worry if I was missing anything. That was very important during the sell of my house that Heather and her team knocked out of the park. Highly recommend and will use again when I am ready to purchase!

It was a great pleasure working with Deb. It became very clear to us right at the onset that she had very strong knowledge of the market. Throughout our interactions with her, she was very courteous, professional, prompt and detailed in her communication and kept us up to date on all activities. We were very glad that we selected her for the sale of our house.
