She was patient and intuitive, and after we flew back to Austin she kept sending homes that would fit. We encountered a loss of income and adjusted our budget and Coleen never missed a beat. Then one day, Colleen FaceTimed us from a house we knew was "the one." We flew up to see it and she helped us negotiate and put us in touch with a fleet of professionals at a moments notice: inspectors, mortgage agents, insurance and more. We feel so confident we made a sound decision, and we view Colleen as a real advocate and trusted friend in such a complex process. Colleen is a true professional and KNOWS THIS BUSINESS and area so so well, but she also has an infectious positive and can-do attitude, making the whole process (dare I say)...fun!
