We got in touch with Melissa once we were approved for a home loan. I didn't know what to expect, a little over a year ago we were in the market for a house, We ultimately got defeated by the market. So this go around we were weary and nervous. I personally was in a constant state of panic. Melissa and I talked over the phone and discussed our needs and expectations. She quickly jumped to action, sending us houses and property information. (And not just a random list of houses that were for sale in our budget) these houses had what we were so desperately looking for, the features the land and design. she knew what we wanted and wouldn't send us anything less. Once we started to view these houses Melissa's personality really started to shine. Trustworthiness, including honesty, reliability, punctuality, and loyalty. Those are some of the personality traits I picked up on, but her ability to treat us like friends and family is what really blew us away. I cant think of how many countless times I texted or called her with questions or concerns at all hours of the day. She was always ready to text back or pick up and talk, half the time she was putting in over time calming me down. ( I tend to spiral when I panic) she handled my personality with ease, and was always able to help me clear my mind and focus on the bigger picture. The day we found our dream home, I remember standing out side talking about the property, And hearing Melissa talk about all the things we could do and what our life here would be like, that really sold us. We put in an offer and she negotiated like a champ. Not only did she get the deal and closing date we wanted she also got us the cherry on top!! Fast forward to day of closing Melissa had everything planned out right down to the minute. closing was a breeze and completely painless. THE REAL QUESTION.. would we recommend Melissa?? 1000 times YES I've already told our friends and family about her. Point blank. Melissa is a rock star!! thank you!
