Cathy was wonderful since the first meeting! We moved from CT to NC, we toured over 20 houses in a week with Cathy, we almost lost the house we fell in love with because of our mortgage company. She recommended someone she knew and BAM! Happy Holidays! A miracle happened. And now we are moving into our home before Christmas is officially here. Thank you Cathy, you are wonderful. Thank you for helping my family!

I had the privilege of working with Kevin Darby as my realtor to both sell my previous home and purchase my new townhome, and he exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, he was professional, dependable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. He guided me through every step with patience and kindness, always taking time to answer questions and make sure I understood my options. He handled the details beautifully, negotiated on my behalf, and truly looked out for my best interest. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely cares about his clients.

Rachael was a life saver as I was needing to find a house prior to moving up to NC from Florida. She was always prepared and eventually I decided on 434 Retreat Lane. She was also super helpful in facilitating the inspection etc. and needed repairs to close. She is resourceful, sweet and knows her stuff!
