He got us top dollar coming in above what we previously had it listed with a different agent, marketed our property in a wider span, and the pictures of the property were what I believe that set us apart to get the right buyer. Since our property was commercial property that we sold, he also is familiar in this area as it takes a special buyer and marketing to sell commercial property.
