My husband and I purchased our home in the Fort Bragg/Spring Lake area while still stationed in Germany, and that would not have been possible without Lillian! I highly recommend Lillian as a buyer's agent, she made an incredibly stressful process easy for us. Working with her did not feel like a business transaction at all, she took care of us and went above and beyond. In a crazy and competitive buyer's market, we had our first offer accepted on a home, based off of her advice. Lillian went to the house often to take pictures and videos of the progress for us, because we were still out of country, and she always made herself available to us and quick to reply despite the time difference. She took care of coordinating with a difficult appraiser who could not meet their appointments, communicated with the title company and lender, handled all paperwork and business items quickly and efficiently. She is also an expert in the area, and when she didn't know some information, she made it her priority to find us answers. We are first time home buyers and she made this process streamlined, reassuring us whenever I started to stress and having our backs when communicating with the builder/seller. Lillian is a fantastic realtor who gets her business through word of mouth and referrals because every client of hers only has great things to say. Thank you Lillian!

Rachel was nothing short of absolutely amazing during my many month long house search. If something with the process could go wrong, it did, but Rachel was incredible at guiding me along the way and being my advocate when dealing with incredibly difficult lending issues. If I’m ever crazy enough to go through this process again there’s no one else I will even consider being my realtor.
