Phi Jacobs has very good communication skill’s between other agent and client and had with us as clients. She knew what to do with what’s going on with market at the time and was on top of what’s was going on in the specific area we were in and what people were looking for.

Google won’t let me rate 6 stars so 5 will have to do. Miguel worked with us for almost a year from the start of our journey to closing on our first house. At first we were shopping sight unseen as the military was about to move us to North Carolina, and Miguel was awesome the whole way. He helped us identify which properties wouldn’t work for the VA loan, which towns matched our goals for our location, and wound up getting us an amazing deal on our very first home purchase. We highly appreciated his knowledge of such a large part of the state and his guidance as we made this big move in our lives. We couldn’t have done it without him! We highly recommend working with Miguel!
