Having worked with Mike before to purchase my first home, I reached out to him early on (well before listing my home for sale) to get some advice on the house sale process and what items could be done preemptively. Mike went out of his way to visit and speak with us to give us the confidence and answers we needed for when we chose to sell. Once my wife and I found the right house we wanted to purchase for our move, we had Mike handle both the purchase of the new property (for which he and Emily were also super helpful) as well as the sale of our existing house immediately afterwards. We are building a home near Wilmington, NC and we were not thinking about putting our current home on the market until October 2025.
