Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews of any kind. That said, I feel compelled to in this case because if anyone deserves a Five-Star recommendation, it’s Nancy Caggia. I came to our first meeting loaded with 1,000 Questions about the Raleigh-Durham area. Not only did Nancy answer every question in remarkable detail, she happily indulged another 1,000 or so follow-up questions I had for her in the ensuing weeks. To say, “She knows every neighborhood in Raleigh" would be a gross understatement. It would be more accurate to say that she knows every street... every house... every school... every shopping center… every park bench, light post, stop sign and bike trail… But that’s not all. I should also tell you that I was a terrible Client! My search parameters were awful and I got quite used to sending Nancy last-minute texts in the middle of the night. Most agents would’ve been irritated but Nancy responded quickly and accurately, each and every time. We covered more ground, faster and more efficiently than I would have with any other realtor. Don’t waste your time looking for answers here and there. (The Internet is the worst.) If you’re considering a move to Raleigh, just call Nancy Caggia. She has all the information you'll need to make the big decision. And she gives it to you straight. Crystal was professional and went above and beyond to help me secure my house even though I was an out of state buyer.

We first met Jackie about 3 years ago, while in town we spent two days with Jackie as she showed us various neighborhoods and some of the currently available homes. We returned to Illinois to start getting our home ready to list. During this time Jackie emailed us listings of homes that she thought would fill the bill. It took approx two years to sell our home and in late Feb. we found ourselves with a signed contract on our home with closing set for March 27th. We contacted Jackie & flew out to Vegas to find our home in the West and we allotted a week to accomplish this task. Jackie showed us approx. 20 + homes in our first 4 days and we found our home late on the day 4, Saturday. We made an offer and signed a contract on day 5. We got a signed contract back from the seller first thing on day 6 and Jackie was able to arrange for a home inspection on Monday afternoon and we received a report, discussed repairs needed, received acceptance from seller for repairs and flew back to Illinois on the red eye on day 7. While we were busy getting ready for our closing and moving of our furnishings out of our home, Jackie was taking care of everything in Vegas for us. She reviewed all the repairs that we requested and did the final walk thru prior to our closing. Not only did she do everything we asked of her, she came up with items that we did not even think of. She was truly a life saver and a pure pleasure to deal with.

Dan is amazing. So patient and knowledgeable. He makes sure you're looking at everything you need to before purchasing a house. I get blind sure when I see pretty. He kept me straight in the friendliest way possible. Always available and has tons of information to share. Still looks after you once the purchase is finished. Extraordinary! I have sold two houses and bought two houses with Dan and won't use anyone else!!
