We worked with Neill to sell our townhouse and purchase our new house. Neill was very helpful, kind, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He not only gave us helpful hints and vendors to help us get our townhouse ready for sale, he also was very useful in looking at new properties. His knowledge in home repair and home inspections is invaluable. Neill has a wonderful down to earth personality and a pleasant sense of humor. We were not the easiest customers to work with because of our specifications with both the selling price and what we wanted in a new home. It was a win-win sale and repurchase situation and we would not hesitate to use Neill as our Realtor in the future. Needless to say, we highly recommend him.

I had my eye on a home that I saw on Zillow and had already done a fair amount of research into it. Julie knew the area well and was able to provide a lot of extra information that I wasn't able to dig up. Upon seeing the home, I knew it was the right one. I told Julie my budget and she helped me put in a winning bid that was a little lower than my naïve instincts. Through the closing process, Julie was there every step of the way. She was able to answer all my questions. Julie has a short list of people that she likes to use, depending on her client needs. In particular, I really liked her choice for home inspector, Wilson Fausel of Right Step Home Inspections. I'm a DIY kind of guy and Wilson was very thorough. In particular, he helps you figure out what is important and what you can do on your own. This is important for prioritizing your requests to the seller. Julie was very responsive in all of these processes and sent me texts & e-mails when there was news or something that needed to be signed. She was even helpful with prodding my lender when things seemed to be dragging. I highly, highly recommend Julie's services. Hopefully, I am in my forever home. But should my circumstances change, she'll be the first one that I call.

We first met Jackie about 3 years ago, while in town we spent two days with Jackie as she showed us various neighborhoods and some of the currently available homes. We returned to Illinois to start getting our home ready to list. During this time Jackie emailed us listings of homes that she thought would fill the bill. It took approx two years to sell our home and in late Feb. we found ourselves with a signed contract on our home with closing set for March 27th. We contacted Jackie & flew out to Vegas to find our home in the West and we allotted a week to accomplish this task. Jackie showed us approx. 20 + homes in our first 4 days and we found our home late on the day 4, Saturday. We made an offer and signed a contract on day 5. We got a signed contract back from the seller first thing on day 6 and Jackie was able to arrange for a home inspection on Monday afternoon and we received a report, discussed repairs needed, received acceptance from seller for repairs and flew back to Illinois on the red eye on day 7. While we were busy getting ready for our closing and moving of our furnishings out of our home, Jackie was taking care of everything in Vegas for us. She reviewed all the repairs that we requested and did the final walk thru prior to our closing. Not only did she do everything we asked of her, she came up with items that we did not even think of. She was truly a life saver and a pure pleasure to deal with.
