Mike and his team successfully guided us thru the preparation, pricing, marketing, negotiations and sale of our home. Anytime you buy or sell one of the largest purchases of your life it can be very emotional. Mike was there to guide us through the ups and downs. Having worked with Mike before to purchase my first home, I reached out to him early on (well before listing my home for sale) to get some advice on the house sale process and what items could be done preemptively. Mike went out of his way to visit and speak with us to give us the confidence and answers we needed for when we chose to sell. Once my wife and I found the right house we wanted to purchase for our move, we had Mike handle both the purchase of the new property (for which he and Emily were also super helpful) as well as the sale of our existing house immediately afterwards. We were very happy with the listing and photos set up by his team, and he was always available when we had further questions or concerns. Overall the process of buying and selling with Mike as our agent went about as well as we could have hoped with this being our first time going through those processes simultaneously.
