After having worked with Sharyn about ten years ago to purchase my first home, I stumbled upon the perfect home for my family just as we realized we needed more space. As soon as I called Sharyn, she happily recalled working with me that decade prior, and was instantly on the case for this new home. We were able to do a private walkthrough that weekend just before an open house. As soon as we arrived she warmly welcomed us to “our new home”. We decided at that first walkthrough to make an offer, which she had drafted, reviewed with us, and submitted within a few hours. I’m writing this review from that new home, and from the “other side” of this process I can gladly recommend Sharyn as your next realtor. She was timely, professional, courteous, attentive, observant, and performed as an excellent advocate for us in a sometimes challenging negotiation with a less experienced realtor. It was clear that Sharyn’s goal was to not just get us the best deal possible on our dream home, but that everyone could walk away happy with the transaction. She used her decades of expertise to look for and communicate in advance about “gotchas” and things we should know. Throughout the process we always felt she was thinking about us and working for our best interests, and that was evinced most clearly by working through part of a major holiday to close the deal.
