We found Alex through Zillow and were just checking out the North Carolina area when a home that peaked our interest popped up. As that we were out of state in Nevada, Alex did a fantastic and thorough video walk through with me. She was very knowledgeable about the process with an estate sale and quickly put together an offer. Although we lost out on that home, my husband quickly found a different home approximately 3.5 hours away from Alex. Alex stuck with us as our agent even though it was far away and worked with us to gather enough information to get an offer to the seller agent right away. She worked until midnight getting an offer in the same day which was under asking with a short close date and immediately accepted! At the home inspection we found that the hot water tank had failed and Alex secured us an additional $1000.00 credit at closing. In addition, Alex drove 3.5 hours one way to attend our closing in person. Unbelievable! If you want to deal with someone who listens to you and diligently represents your best interest than Alex is the agent for you!
