Very in-depth explanations on facts, and sound responses with reasoning if asked her opinion on the flow of the market. Her contractors used were reasonably priced and worked with us in timeframe and payment methods. Heather was quick to hold sub standard work accountable to the workers too. From start to finish with ups and downs in the market and timeline I had hoped for, it was never something I had to worry if I was missing anything. That was very important during the sell of my house that Heather and her team knocked out of the park. Highly recommend and will use again when I am ready to purchase!

Jamie was so patience with us as we searched for our first home! We had no idea what buying a house entailed and Jamie walked us through each step and answered all of our (many) questions. She considered all of our inputs when finding homes to show us and always made time to show a house which was so important during this time of the market!
