I have bought and sold many homes in various states and the very best agent I have ever worked with is Tia Crouch. Tia is an agent who genuinely cares about what is best for her client. She puts her client’s well being first every time. She is an exceptionally good negotiator, extremely hard worker, she is detail oriented and is the type of agent who goes far above and beyond for her clients. I loved working with Tia so much and trusted her so completely that I also sold my parents house through her. Tia is measured and experienced and when difficulties arise or emotions get high Tia is calm, professional and savvy. But aside from all that, Tia is a genuinely good, kind person with integrity.
