We met Jamie Harrelson in May 1999 when she helped us find a new home in Whittington Hall in Jamestown NC. Our experience with Jamie was nothing less than excellent. We were impressed with Jamie's knowledge of the market for both new and existing homes in the area in 1999. We felt like her display of professionalism in the workplace as well as her communication skills and appearance were excellent in 1999! Over the next 26 years Jamie stayed in touch by mailing an occasional card to Cathy and me letting us know she was still in the business of helping clients buy and/or sell their homes. In May 2025 we decided to look for a home in Sedgefield/Grandover in Greensboro NC, so we called Jamie and were delighted to learn that Jamie and her team still had the same very good qualities. Thier professionalism, market knowledge and communication skills were hallmarks of our relationship with Jamie and her team. We soon learned another good quality of theirs and that is patience! We were very particular, so we looked at many new and existing homes over the next few months. When we finally found the home, we wanted... Jamie and her team guided us through the process, and we closed in a little over thirty days later. In my opinion probably the hardest part of this endeavor is finding a good Real Estate Agent! We had a lender drag things out and make the whole transaction harder than it needed to be, and Ashley never lost her head over it. She stayed on top of it and kept us in the loop, and got us to closing without letting the lenders mess become our problem. That kind of steady, “I’ve got this handled” attitude makes all the difference when a deal gets stressful. Highly recommend her if you want someone who actually has your back.

She had excellent knowledge of the area and showed us great houses. But where she came through best of all was when our closing started to get messed up by mortgage lenders and the seller, she backed up everything I was trying to do and supported me getting the house to closing. My wife and I really enjoyed having Carolyn as our realtor as I’m sure you will too.

Julie had market knowledge of the property and the positive attributes of it's location. She pulled a comprehensive list of comps to correctly set the price point. Her communication was always timely, thorough, and insightful. Julie covered all the bases during every step of the process. The property was under contract within one week thanks to Julie's follow up with the agents of potential buyers. She provided excellent thoughts on the merits of each offer received.
