Mrs Harden knownledge, patience and professional was excellent. The process of showing the house and Valuations were correct. Mrs Harden patience in explaining the contract, breaking down next steps and key suggestion were impressive.

I was introduced to Dishani by a friend (who doesn’t give highly favorable compliments), so when my mom passed away in 2021, I decided to give her a chance. She’s professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly, she really cares about her clients. She’s also ethical which is something you never find in this business. She’s going to advise you on the best option for you — regardless if its buying or selling. Truth is something this profession lacks and there are not a lot of real estate agents/brokers who even know what that word means. I was so impressed with Dishani that I used her two more additional times to buy and sell properties. YOU CAN TRUST HER and she will deliver for you. She’s making a difference in this cut-throat business one-person-at-a-time and I can’t wait until friends and family ask me “do you know a good realtor” so I can say “ I know a great one” and refer her to them. If anything ever happens to me, I have written in my Will that she be used if my son wants to sell the property! She’s that good and I’m grateful and thankful to have had her help me during my time of grief. If you hire her, you will never be disappointed, because she first cares about you, the client before the commission!

Dishani was very knowledgeable, of the housing market, we told her what we were looking for and she was very diligent in her searches for us. Dishani was always there to answer any questions be had no matter the time or day. I would recommend her to our family and friends and we would give her a 5-star rating.
