I recently worked with Kelly to buy my home in the triad and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to my questions.

I am a complete novice to real estate, and also new to the Greensboro area...not a great combo. I was hesistant to start my search for a home until fate intervened. I feel as though I won the jackpot! Kelly was straightforward, and professional from the beginning. She had extensive knowledge of the current market, and understood my specific preferences. All of my questions were answered promptly... and with no judgement (even if I felt they were dumb ones). Not only that, Kelly went above and beyond, ensuring that my husband and I received certain concessions that we didn't even know existed! I truly felt as though she was our personal advocate. She provided gentle administrative reminders throughout this experience ensuring that it remained stress-free. Kelly Smith HAS to be the best realtor in Greensboro... I am so happy with our new home! She is already our choice for our next property. Do not think twice. She is the realtor for you! You are missing out if you don't hire her!

I had an excellent experience working with Kelly. She was very professional and personable throughout the entire process. My wife and I felt comfortable and confident in her knowledge base ;negotiating skills with associated parties and networking skills to acquire information. The overall process did not feel stressful, and Kelly provided appropriate reminders which kept us on track.
