Susan's a real pro - pays close attention to every seemingly little detail. She will go to great lengths to make everything perfect, from timing, to sign placement to interior design. At a higher level, her experience shows with the strategy and counsel she applies/provides. She's fun and confident. Our sale required a lot of communications and adjustments, compared to others in our past. She was always available to help. Always. She has quick and extensive access to top-shelf resources: movers, warehouses, locksmiths, for example. She makes it so you don't have to worry. There were two or three points in the process where we thought "We wouldn't want anyone else representing us." There's more to say. But suffice it to say you won't find a better real estate professional.

As an investor who does not reside in RTP, you are looking for a real estate partner who can serve as your eyes and ears on the ground. You would also hope for that person to be prompt, diligent, focused, and dedicated. Brandon, I'm happy to say, possesses all of these traits. Additionally, he has a high level of empathy, which is a quality I did not initially value in a real estate partner but now value highly. From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

We are new to the area and she not only took all of our concerns and desires into consideration but sent us several videos of possibilities and shared every detail to support our search process. Dara is kind and patient and truly listens. She absorbed our likes and dislikes and became our advocate and partner. She found us the perfect home!!!! Along our journey she shared videos of the crawlspaces and the borders around the houses looking for any possible issues. We trust Dara and her thoroughness became golden to us. I truly believe we found our forever home but if we are ever in the market again she will be the first person we call and I will always recommend her so highly.
