Teresa Rufty handled a raw land sale involving six owners, all who were not local. Provided multiple offers in only several days, one which was accepted. Performed beautifully, skillfully and was not pushy. Excellent with communicating and always did what she said she would do and when she said she would do it. I've performed numerous real estate transactions over the years. this one was the most complicated, but Teresa Rufty made it the smoothest by far. The best Realtor I had had the pleasure working with. Highly recommended.
