She was very nice, but she told me that homes in my neighborhood were not selling well and She suggested listing my house at a price similar to another home on my street.However, my house sits on a premium lot, has a very unique layout, and includes many upgrades. She arranged a pre-sale inspection and helped address the major issues ahead of time. She hired an excellent photographer, and the listing photos turned out absolutely gorgeous. She used virtual staging upstairs and professional staging downstairs, all while keeping staging costs much lower than we originally expected. Throughout the entire process, she was transparent, hardworking, and extremely dedicated. My house sold in just 5 days with multiple offers, plus sold price is forty thousands above the list price.
