We had Chris out to the house the fall before we sold to tell us what all he saw that would need to be fixed or updated. That winter we did those projects and had him list the house in the spring. He was very informative, very helpful, and readily available. He kept us updated and informed about tours. If he needed anything signed, he would walk you through the documents so that you understood what you were signing. Throughout the whole process he was available for questions as we asked.
