Going into the process my biggest concern was finding an agent that would put the same effort into selling my condo as they would a single family home. Well, Mary Yazbeck put those concerns to rest immediately. From the start, Mary showed interest in understanding our end goal and provided valuable feedback on what needed to be done to achieve those goals, without going crazy on updates. Mary did a great job of explaining her logic behind the initial list price to drum up as much foot traffic as possible, which indicated to me that she had a good understand of the current market. Due to Mary's due diligence, we were able to pull the closing date in a week at the request of the buyers with no added stress. Throughout the entire process, Mary was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. I never felt there was a point where I couldn't get ahold of her in a timely manner. She did an excellent job of proactively laying out next steps, so we were always ready when action items were needed from us, leading to quick turnaround. Going into the process, I was very nervous that it was going to be a stressful month, but that was not the case at all and credit that to Mary. If I was to ever buy or sell another home on the South Shore, you can bet that Mary would be the first person I reach out to.
