Rose is such a great agent! She worked with us when we were buying a second home and she was so friendly and has such a good nature about her that it was very easy and pleasurable working with her. It was easy to see she had our best interests at heart and cared about us and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Rose was the agent who sold my house. She was professional, knowledgeable and prompt in responding to any questions /concerns that arose. She was always very upbeat and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. Rose even kept any eye on my cat one time when I had nowhere to take him! I think one of Rose's more endearing assets is that she truly listens to you and always has your best interests in mind. Integrity is important to me and she has it. My Mom passed during the process and Rose was quick to tell me to contact her when I was ready to proceed, and she would handle anything that came up in the meantime. I was able to make arrangements without worrying about the house. My husband refers to Rose as "unflappable" and that's a great description.
