I have one word to describe John: Tenacity. Through the entire home buying and closing experience John was the only one pushing everything forward. Between managing contractors doing the agreed upon repairs to the house and managing lawyers who I'm still not sure what they did, John was the the one leading the charge. From the beginning it was clear that John was working for us. He understood what we were looking for and had the patience to make sure we found it. I'm looking forward to working with him again.
