I have had the pleasure of working with Eric as both a seller and a buyer. I had followed him on social media for a few years and decided that when it was time to sell my home in Tully, he would be the realtor to do it. He didn't disappoint! Eric came to our initial meeting well prepared. He knew as much about our home as we did, maybe more. He understood the market, laid out different sets of data and provided us with a marketing strategy that was unique to our home. He is a straight shooter so if you're looking for someone who isn't going to tell you that your home needs this or that to sell, pass by him because he wants you to get the most from your investment. We took every single piece of advice he offered about the condition, staging and marketing of our home. He sold our home, with multiple offers over the asking price, on the first day. He followed through with everything he outlined in our original meeting from the marketing of the home, video/photos and drone footage, to finishing every last detail so that we could focus on our next steps. I should add that this was a sale due to divorce and Eric handled a challenging situation remarkably well. He was professional and communicated with both my ex-husband and I completely so that we were both getting the same information. Just recently, when I was ready to buy another home, Eric got one text from me and the next thing I know, I have comps to look at, information about the property and I was signing a purchase offer for a city living home of my dreams! I can't say enough positive about his ability to represent me as a realtor. He is professional 100% of the time, flexible and accommodating and knows his business. The most important thing to me in a realtor is trust - trust with my money, trust with my interests, and trust with my personal and professional business.
