It was a difficult time losing my father, then having to sell our family home. Donna was referred to me by someone at Christ Fellowship. Donna stepped in and too command of the whole situation. The team sent regular summary reports, Donna was always present at showings with other realtors and that made me feel like someone (her) who really knew the property was there to give clarity for the Realtor and potential buyer. We took the property off market for awhile in order to complete the Re-Piping of the entire home. She had experience with the process and knew how long it would take for all the details.

We did not know Sue prior to our decision to sell. We had little knowledge of the process. There was a need to leave the home and travel north. In the 9 months or so it took to get a contract she kept us informed with needed repairs, cleaning etc. When we could not travel to do take care of simple and not so simple things in the home Sue was there for us.
