I am extremely grateful that I had Violetta represent me for my first homebuying experience. She walked me through the entire process step by step, including the co-op application. She got my first offer accepted in one day, which was lower than the asking price. She was very knowledgable about the building and the neighborhood, and always upfront and open with information. I had a lot of questions and she responded to them quickly and was always available. Mostly, I appreciated her advice, that showed her many years of experience. Friendly and completely professional throughout. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
