We were blessed to find Daniel Gale Southerby’s Foley-Makram-Kelly Team of Kelly, Marissa, and Janet when selling our home in Smithtown in September 2025. After a nightmare experience with our first realtor, Kelly and Marissa were a revelation. Their warmth and professionalism were apparent from our first phone conversation. They arrived at our first meeting prepared, with evident experience and expertise, answering all our questions confidently. The honest and practical approach they employed when explaining the complete process and what to expect was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish Kelly and Marissa were prompt and clear communicators who always found ways to reassure us, make us laugh, and generally make the stressful process of selling our home fun. Our home was in contract within two weeks, and we never had to lift a finger. Kelly and Marissa took care of every detail, while always keeping us in the loop. No detail was too small for them to notice and they were exceptional at keeping the processes moving rapidly from contract to closing. We highly recommend Kelly, Marissa, and Janet of Team Foley-Makram-Kelly for any real estate needs on Long Island. We will absolutely be choosing this remarkably professional and effective team for all of our future home sales and purchases.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Kieran Rodgers on the selling of our home in Nesconset, and the results were absolutely phenomenal. Kieran is, without a doubt, a top-tier professional whose expertise truly set him apart. From our initial consultation, his market intelligence was immediately apparent. He didn't just follow trends; he understood the underlying dynamics of the local market, allowing him to craft a great strategy that was specifically tailored to our property and timeline. This strategic vision gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. My favorite one of Kieran’s impressive skills, however, is his ability as a negotiator. When offers came in, he handled every exchange with calculated precision, ensuring we secured the highest possible value for our home. He navigated complex conversations flawlessly, turning potential roadblocks into smooth agreements. If you are looking for a dedicated, smart, and highly effective Real Estate Agent, we cannot recommend Kieran Rodgers enough. He delivered spectacular results and made a typically stressful process feel seamless and rewarding.

Donna was very helpful in our search for the perfect house! She was very responsive and accommodating when it came to our criteria and questions, and was extremely knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. After dealing with us and our many particulars to find ‘the one’, she was able to finally find the house of our dreams. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Donna and I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for their dream home!!
