Michael has been with us throughout our year-long journey to find a home in a 55+ community that fulfills our specific needs. Since we were looking for a home from another state so that we could move closer to family, the search has been somewhat challenging. Michael has been consistently supportive, watching for properties that “checked the boxes” on our wish list. He took the time to truly get to know us and what we were looking for. He reached out to us regardless of the day of the week when new properties came on the market that he thought we would be interested in seeing. Our ability to see properties quickly in a fast-moving market was a challenge due to distance. Michael previewed the properties and, if he found a possible match, would tour the homes with us via FaceTime. Michael has been incredibly generous in time and support. He was encouraging even when we were outbid on a couple of homes for which we made offers. His generosity extended even beyond the closing on the home that fit our needs perfectly. He has checked in on us to see how we are doing as we prepare to become New Yorkers and even made excellent recommendations and advised us on resources for updates to the home before we move in. In short, our relationship with Michael began a year ago as realtor-client and has certainly developed into a trusted friendship.
