I first met Michael Voelker at a very emotional time of my life – following the death of my dearly loved father. Michael was the realtor my siblings, and I chose to sell my father's home and we couldn't have made a wiser decision. From the start, Michael was sensitive, responsive and timely in all his communication with us, often offering, (and then going) above and beyond in terms of facilitating the process. For example, when one potential buyer noticed excessive debris on the walkway from the trees overhead, Michael made sure to bring his equipment and eliminate it prior to bringing any other prospective buyers to view the property. He even offered his services to help us paint the condo, and offer we declined, but appreciated nonetheless. He kept all four offspring in the communication loop at all times, eliminating the need for us to fill each other in each step of the way, which was greatly appreciated at this busy time during our lives. Michael communicated readily with the homeowner's association as well in the retirement community where the home was located, reducing the burden on our family to do so. All in all, Michael was a consummate professional with a warm and personable demeanor as well. He made a difficult endeavor much easier with the painstaking care he took with all things! Turnkey... handled everything from end to end

Our brother Steve is a 6 year Army veteran. As a master carpenter, he excelled at framing and finish work in some of the area's beautiful custom homes for more than 40 years.
