Nicola recently handled the purchase of our new condo in downtown Miami. He really went the extra mile to make sure that the deal closed, but also that we were comfortable and informed along the way. We were very well-qualified buyers but there were several complications with lenders and the building, as the condo association was still in developer control. Nicola was always timely and tenacious with taking actions to overcome whatever issue came up, and I honestly don’t think that we would have stayed in the process if it weren’t for his skills. We feel lucky that he was our agent!

His knowledge of the market was incredible, knew exactly when was the right moment to sell, and in less than a week he found the buyer at a great price. Took care of everything for me in order to get it done, even when I was not in person in Miami. He really did a fantastic job.
