Darin is a hard working person takes his job seriously. He is extremely knowledgeable nice and easy to work with, goes out oh his way to help in anyway he can. I get a contract on my property within two weeks. Never had to worry about any small or big details in the contract. I called him anytime I had a question and he was happy to explain. Closing was supper easy and worry free. Darin also helped me renting one of my properties he always remembered to renew the contract yearly and get both parties to sign even though he was not making any commissions from either one of us after the initial contract first year. I asked him why, he said “I will always take care of my clients”.
