I highly recommend Fran to be your real estate agent. She helped me to coordinate cleaning and minor repairs of this unit. The people she recommended to help prepare the unit for sale were fabulous. I lived one hour away and was not able to be present much. An elderly gentleman had lived in it for over 20 years without any major renovations or even good upkeep. She patiently met with a number of interested buyers who did not want to buy a unit that had not been upgraded. Some did but Fran was quick to tell me they were low balling. She ecouraged patience until the right purchasers and at a good price came along. The unit had some other issues that Fran helped to navigate during the sale.
