Tim has to be far and away the most professional - and also kind, reliable and trustworthy - realtor in the business. He goes above and beyond with every aspect of finding or buying a home, and provided excellent guidance when decisions loomed. Tim has also been a great resource for referrals or anything I might need to renovate or repair my property. Tim knows Buffalo inside and out and that was very helpful when narrowing down my search area. He’s just so good I hated to see the process end and now I wish he lived next door!!

I met him after two years of searching for the right investment property. I felt like I was not getting the information I needed prior to meeting him and I was stuck in a analysis paralysis stage. I knew somewhat of his background as an investor in the Buffalo market and wanted to take the leap to work with him to see if he could help me accomplish my goal of buying my first rental property. From the beginning, Tim was easy to reach and a great communicator with extraordinary knowledge of Buffalo real estate market and investment strategies. When we would look at houses that wouldn’t yield me the outcome that I was looking for he would be very direct and honest with me. And when he saw opportunity in properties, he would break down costs and potential cash flow. Tim was willing to meet with me during his personal time unrelated to looking at houses simply to talk about investment strategies. He is truly a one of a kind realtor and somebody that you want in your corner whether you’re looking for your forever home or a new rental property to add to your portfolio, I would recommend him 10 times out of 10.
